I’m proud to introduce my newest lure, developed in partnership with Livingston Lures: The Mustang.
My goal with the Mustang was to create a compact musky swimbait that delivers intense, fish-catching action while remaining durable and affordable. At 7 inches long and weighing just 3.5 ounces, it’s easy to cast and fish for anglers of all skill levels. What sets it apart is the oversized paddle tail—larger than anything else in the 7–8 inch swimbait category—designed to move serious water and trigger aggressive strikes.
I rigorously tested the Mustang across the muskies entire native range, and even put it to work on trophy-class pike in the Netherlands. It’s made from exceptionally tough plastic, meaning you can land multiple muskies without worrying about the bait tearing up prematurely.
